Identity Management

Important! The Identity Management functionality requires upgrading the SDK to v3.2. Updating only the IDV backend is not sufficient.

Geolocation history

Profiles can now store the complete history of a person’s geolocation data, including:

IP-based location
Device-based location

This historical data is preserved for analytics, risk scoring, and further verification purposes.

Device history

Profiles can now store the history of a person’s device footprint, including device-related attributes collected during sessions. This data is retained for:

Behavioral and risk analytics
Additional verification and investigation workflows

LexisNexis Bridger Insight® XG is now available out of the box as an AML/PEP screening solution that can be integrated into workflows.

Administration

User profile page

A user profile page has been added to the Platform portal. From this page, users can edit their profile information, upload or update their profile photo, and change their timezone.

Portal asset management (white labeling)

A new portal asset management feature allows replacing default Platform portal assets with client-branded ones.

You can access it via:

Settings → Customization → Client Assets

Simplified session views management

Session views can now be created, edited, and removed directly on the Sessions view screen, without navigating to Settings.

Operator Activities Log

All operator activities in the Platform portal are now logged, including:

Which sessions an operator viewed or interacted with
Which profiles an operator accessed

Analytics Dashboards

New analytics dashboards have been introduced to provide better insight into Platform data. The dashboards can:

Show the distribution of values for a selected session property
Show how many values meet a specified filter over time
