Identity Refresh

We are introducing a feature that allows users to keep profiles up to date by running data checks across all profiles, selecting profiles that match the criteria, and executing the required procedure via a workflow. It supports the following use cases:

  • Regular data refreshes across the entire profile base
  • One-off data updates
  • Requesting users to renew documents that are about to expire

The feature includes the following functionality:

  • Specify the exact criteria to monitor
  • Create a procedure for requesting and updating data
  • Monitor the refresh process from start to finish
  • Use both manual and automated refresh triggers
  • Execute various workflows tailored to each use case

Web-to-Mobile Session Transfer

We are introducing a feature that allows users to transfer a session from a web browser to a mobile device, and back again if necessary. This allows persons who start a session in a browser on a computer to move it to a mobile device to scan a document using a higher-quality camera.
