Document Reader SDK Documentation

Regula Document Reader SDK reads data from identity documents and verifies document authenticity. It supports visual-zone OCR, MRZ and barcode processing, RFID chip reading, image quality assessment, and authenticity checks, depending on the selected component and license.

Component	Use it when
Mobile SDK	Document capture and processing must run in an iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile application
Web Service	Document processing must run in customer-controlled server infrastructure
Web Components	A browser application needs guided document capture
Desktop	An application uses a Regula document reader device
