Back Office
Back Office is the new name for the Platform portal, the administrative interface used to configure and manage the IDV Platform workflows and sessions.
Admin Settings
Several Platform configuration settings that were previously available only in the IDV configuration file have been moved to the UI to simplify the configuration process. These settings include:
- SMTP
- SSO
- CORS
- Mobile
- Rate Limit
Session Timeline Improvements
- The final step is now clearly marked in the timeline with a black square icon.
- Client release events are now shown in the timeline.
- Fixed an issue where the status of the final step was not displayed correctly.
Reference Lists
A new session result card now allows users to view reference list matches for a specific session.
Workflow Improvements
Webhooks
Added webhooks: standardized HTTP callbacks that notify external systems when a session status changes.
File Upload 2.0
File upload now supports uploading multiple files simultaneously. Accepted file types, file sizes, and the maximum number of files that can be uploaded at a time are customizable.
Questionnaire Improvements
Fixed a number of inconsistencies in questionnaire customization across all platforms.
Licensing
The previous limit of 16 Document Reader transactions per tag in a session has been removed. It is now possible to process any number of ID documents within the same IDV session.
Security Updates
Several known security vulnerabilities have been patched.
